Soldier of Fortune on W2K

What do you have to do to get this game going? It locks my system as soon as I start it. I have W2K on an Athlon 700/Asus K7V board w/ 256 MB PC133 RAM and an ASUS 6800 DDR board. I heard something about not using Admin as user. Is this right?

Yeah, there was a problem for some people logging in as administrator in SoF, but I believe they fixed that problem in a patch. try getting the latest patch and hopefully that'll fix it for you.
