cd key quake can someone help me../

can someone help me with quake arena..it says that someone is using my cd key..can i do something about that ? i want to play quake 3 real bad..

I've had this problem a few times and either using the latest patch or reinstalling (making sure to kill the whole quake 3 directory once you've uninstalled it) often helps. If that doesn't work for you though let me know and I'll see if there are any other possible solutions.
