THPS2 date?

I thought Tony Hawk 2 was supposed to come out for the PC and PSX today (the 20th) but EVERYWHERE I look I only see the PSX version... and some schmuck at Babbage's had the nerver to tell me NOVEMBER?! I thought the DC version was out in Nov.

I got it for PSX at EB. I havent seen it for the DC, but I really didnt look that hard.
