Tribes 1 was the best multiplayer experience I've ever had.
Tribes 2=Tribes 1 with the TURBO switch on.

I agree, Tribes 1 was simply the best multiplayer game I have played. The netcode was amazing. I can't wait to play T2. Hopefully they will meet their Fall release date. http://www.sharkyforums.com/ubb/smile.gif

Nope, not pre-ordering it from best buy. Our best buy here seems to get the game in a few days after stores like EB. I dont know if it will be different for Tribes 2 or not. So i am just going to wait and see.

About the Turbo switch: one of my friends put an ATX PSU into a case of the 286/386 vintage (MHz indicator LEDs on the front) and found that the power switch didn't work. His PC is now turned on by the reset switch...

Tribes 2 looks like it'll be a great game, just like Tribes was. I just hope it'll run smoothly on my GeForce 2 http://www.sharkyforums.com/ubb/smile.gif When Tribes came out I was running a P233 with a V2. Ahh.. those were the days. Speaking of Turbo, what exactly did those things do??
