Since I haven't gotten any replies in the tech support forum I will repost here. I just added a second monitor to my computer. Everything works fine except I can't view the TV on the second monitor. When I drag the window over the picture is black. When I double click on the picture to make it full screen it goes to my first monitor. This is pissing me off because I want to surf the net and watch TV at the same time but I have to use my second monitor. My second monitor is VGA and only goes to 640x480 so it really sucks big time for internet but it doesn't matter for TV since it is only 640x480 anyway. If I put the window in between the two monitors the half on my first monitor shows picture but the half on the second monitor shows only black. Why is it doing this? Please help!

If your tuner is using overlay then it HAS to be displayed on your primary monitor. There is no work around to the best of my knowledge, If someone wants to dispute this, please be my guest because I've messed with the exact same thing with my ATI. It will only display on the primary video card.

How do I know if my tuner is using overlay? What exactly is that anyway?

Some TV programs allow you to specify overlay or rendered. In overlay mode the signal from the video is routed through the TV tuner card and that card "overlay" the signal onto the image. Your computer itself does not know there is something there. You may be able to switch which video card (or port) routes into the TV tuner.
The other video mode actually incorporates the video frames into the video card rendered image. This results in lower overall system performance. Many capture cards force you into this mode when attempting to capture higher resolution images.
I hope that helps some.
