Perl PPM in Linux? [Archive]

I remember using Perl PPM (Perl Package Manager) in Linux. I am using a Linux Mandrake 8.2 system with Perl installed, but there is no ppm command available. Does anyone know what package (preferably RPM) I need to install to have ppm available?

I installed ActivePerl. That includes PPM. :)
