I'm a newbie programmer. Anyways my boss, gave me a project. To update my CRM and add a few functions to it, as well as fix a couple bugs.

Anyways one of them was an email function that I already completed. The 2nd one is the customer wants to be able to call the customer, through a single button on the CRM... I.E. press the dial or whatever command button, Netmeeting launches, dialing the customer whos record is currently active.

Basically my main question is how in the hell can you call people using netmeeting? Calling netmeeting and dialing the number is not that difficult. I can't figure out how to call anyone using netmeeting.

Anyways I'm in training to be a programmer and my boss is out of town on a job for 2 weeks. Getting ahold of him for any length of time is almost impossible. My 1st project was to create a CRM (customer relations manager) he liked it so much he's using it for one of our clients. (I'm not complaining, I got healthy check out of it :p)

Anyways this is another part of my training, and I've looked everywhere online and I'm dumbfounded I can't find any resources to help me out. Maybe you guys can.

Thanks!!!!

Hopefully I'm not telling you something you already know.

Go to Project, References and set a reference to the Netmeeting library. Fortunately Netmeeting exposes its object model. Unfortunately, I don't have a clue how to use it. Open the Object Browser window and you can view it's properties, methods, events, etc.

Good luck,
- B
