We received the review board from MSI, but sometime between then and review, MSI decided to only offer the 645e Max2 to North America, though the fully-featured version may show up here later on.

Thanks much for the info, guys. I talked to a buyer for a chain of computer shops and he told me that pretty much all of the MSI SiS boards wouldn't be released here in the States. Bummer!

No problem, and hopefully (hint, hint) their SiS 648/648DX boards will get market presence over here.
