Unfortunately, between the period of the review and the eventual release date, MSI decided not to introduce this specific configuration into North America.

There is a MSI 645E Max2 version available, which is the same basic board, but without RAID and some other goodies.

I asked this same question myself a few months back. Got the same answer from Sharky and also from a buyer for a computer store I shop at from time to time.
