Electrical tape would be ghetto, go to auto-zone or whatever you have near you and pick up some cable wrap, it looks much nicer and is only like $3 for a good 6' piece of it. :)

I'd suggest doing what I've done and get 2 different sizes of it, so if you have 3 fans coming from the same general area you just have 3 smaller pieces of the cable wrap going into the larger piece, to make it more tidy looking. :p
