I just got my cold cathode in, I'm waiting to get my psu before I put it in, but I plugged it in for a second to see how it looks and it's incredible.
My psu should be here on my birthday (Friday). Also, I'm ordering my more trim so I can touch up my window, getting my 120mm Evercool ICE and jag 1u with the azuma fan adapter and either the high speed TMD or UV sensitive 80mm. Not to mention my MSI ti4600. :D
Anyway, I know this post isn't entirely on topic (nor would it be in any forum), so I figured I'd post it here.
I'll post a few pics of my window and CC once I get my new psu and the cabling squared away with it. :)

Thanks. I have the CC in right now but it's still in the plastic wrap so it doesn't get hurt and is being held by electrical tape. I'm trying to figure out where it would look best. :)

Ok, I have one minor problem with my case and the CC. The ideal spot for it (under the window) makes it so you can see the CC because my case has little air vents right under there.
So, my solution is to buy a piece of plexiglass, cut it to size, paint the sides of it flat black, spray clearcoat over it and press it against the side, likely bonding it with crazy glue, so you can't see the CC itself. Right now I have electrical tape against it and I have the CC being held up by electrical tape on each side (ghetto, yes), so you can't see it. I can't attach it the way it's supposed to be yet because the place where it'd attach is right where the plexi-glass will go. :)
Oh well, it should only be about $5 for plexiglass and another $5 for flat black paint. :)

I got the Antec pp412x.
I didn't even mention that I'm getting a dremel too. I'm going to finish my modding tomorrow or so. :)

Man i agree. My birthday wsa last Saturday, and i got a lot of money.:) I got the Winfast TV Tuner, and im still pondering my next upgrade. Im really leaning towards another Vid Card, as my GF2MX is getting kinda old. When my friend lets me borrow his digicam, then i can take some pics of this bad boy, plus my new laptop. Happy birthday man.

Definitely. I'm getting some $$ toward my MSI ti4600, then I'm trying to see what I can do with the rest of the $$ leftover to buy some cooling for it.
I've been doing odd jobs for family members trying to get some extra money and get my rig finished this time around.
Happy belated birthday to you, too. :)

K, got my pp412x in today. I haven't fooled with the pots yet. My rails are a bit low now, but I suspect after a few minutes of fooling with the pots it'll be fine.
I'm going to alter the pots later tonight. I was suggested to wait an hour for the caps to drain (with it unplugged).
I'm going to do that while on my birthday-meal. :p
Then come back and give my 3.3v rail a pretty good boost (it's at 3.28 right now, I want it at or around 3.4v) and my 12v/5v a little boost, they 12v's a little low. :)
I'll post my results later. :)
It can take up to days till the caps are empty. Be careful...

Yeah, but it hasn't been run much longer than an 15 minutes. :)
Plus, if there's a little bit in the caps, it's not going to do too much damage, or shouldn't. :)
Plus, I'm doing the screwdriver discharge trick before I go in, while wearing rubber gloves. So, it's unlikely I'll get hurt.
:)
