Damn :( my the guy bid on my car on e-bay then offered me 1/2 of what he bid without even seeing the car... }:( so although it has not been sold it gives me time to plan out my computer better. My project has been delayed but believe me, i think im better off with more time to plan so keep the ideas coming :)

i will tell you this...you'll save a lot of money on modding if you make stuff yourself. such as control panels with switches...you could prolly make one for half of the price as they sell it to you on these modding sites. I think they just charge more because there is a high demand for the stuff and little places to find it. Also, be sure to check around for lighting effects and cold cathodes, they vary in quality and price a lot on the internet

i do plan on making my own swithches and stuff but i dont know much about voltages and such (im reading a lot but a lot will be trial and error :/ but as for cold cathodes, can anyone recomend a good quality one? (WOOT i found a paint that looks clear until UV light is introduced..... i can make it red/black under normal conditions and make it turn funky colors when i turn on te UV :D )

LOL:D I just ordered a case and some other stuff look in this thread (http://www.sharkyforums.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=1200486#post1200486) .
After looking through some of those links I fell upon some DIY fanbus systems. This is exactly what I have been looking for! I d/l some schematics and will be stopping by Radio Shack on my way home from work.
I'm not technical enough to have figured out all that on my own, with the LED's and switches (maybe back in HS when I was taking second year Physics, lol) but that was a long time ago. Anyway, I was sick of all those wires about a year ago on my fans and just cut them, and soldered all of them into one molex and plugged that into my 4 pin off the power supply. I like the idea of having switches on the front of the system better :) Especially since I'm adding more fans. At that time I just had the hdd cooler, slot fan, and a 60mm fan plugged into one molex. With that new case that I'll pick up tomorrow the front switch fan bus would work out great :)
