Redirected to another address?

If I had a web site is it possible to have anyone who goes to that address automatically redirected to another web site address? Or would I have to make a hyperlink to another site?

Yeah, there are a number of different ways you can do that. JavaScript, Meta-tags, Server-side programming, or in the web server configuration itself.

If I would use Java script, would it go in my index page?

Sorry if that doesn't make sense. I'm not very familiar with html. Mostly used FrontPage.
