Needs some more paint, as you can tell..and my light should be here in a few days. Anyways..it's an Enlight 7237 w/window & side fan - nothing fancy, but I like it :)

Go to an auto shop, get some of that stuff they use to trim doors, and put that around your cutout for the window. I cannot stand to look at that jagged edge, and with the trim on there it will look awsome. Buy chrome trim pls! :D

how's the window held in place? and also, is it just me, or is it about time to get out a can of compressed air and clean all that dust out? heh

I think its a bunch of mutations made from dust bunnies and metal dust. Blow them away please!

Btw..this has only been running for a matter of weeks - first booted at ~1am January 18. It's not like it's been gathering dust forever...give me a break. I don't clean my computer every weekend.. ;) :p

Not bad, really. How'd you gut it apart and stick the window on there? Silicone... Stuff?

IIRC, it's actually window caulking..lol..but it holds just fine :)

I need some sort of rubber something to go around the edge..it's a bit rough.

Jeez guys, doesn't it look any better than a plain beige Enlight 7237? :p

i really like the shape of the window, nice work. caseetc.com has got some cheap, black window molding you could put around the window cutout, i think it's only a $1 a foot. that would really put the finishing touches on that window

I don't see the point in flaming someone for putting in the time and work for something that most people never do.

Lets see your computer then, xphpblows. (btw PHP does not blow...). Five bucks says its a 25 dollar premade from colorcases.

Where would the best place be to get chrome trim? I was thinking about just black rubberish stuff..but chrome might be pretty cool.

Dave is here now...
I agree the shape of the window is nice and the case looks good. You do need trim and clean up the wiring when you add the light. You can use some Zip Ties for the loose cables on the floor and in the Puter. Nice Case and Overclock.

Hehe yea. As i said before, go to yur local autozone or whatever, and look for the trim they put on doors. I should be 1mm-2mm thick to my knowledge, perfect for a case. It should hold real tight too. What you also could do, is get some EL tape, get CLEAR moulding (im nto sure if they clear car door moulding...look around), sutff the EL wire into the slit between the case and the window, as from your application method it seems to retract back a few millimeters, and then apply the moulding. That should look pretty damn hot. Hope you udnerstodd my gibberish.
