Sony Vaio and installing WinXP Pro

OK i need some help...I successfully installed a dual boot setup of Win2000Pro (original) and XP Pro (second OS). Everything works fine i just need to know how do i get the "FN" key functions to work? I installed all the drivers and patches off Sony's website but no dice.

I use this laptop with a projector at work and need that functionality.
