I was just reading that thread where some guy stealthed his mouse.

Someone also said they stealthed their monitor. Can anyone explain?

well, originally, you would take one of your front bezel covers, and velcro it to the front of a CD drive so that your drive became essentially invisible, "stealthing" it.

what was done with the mouse was it was mounted inverted flush with the tabletop, such that the bottom of the mouse was just a continuation of the table top, and then to move the cursor, you would slide any object over the sensor to produce motion, and the mouse was mounted with a little space to move, so that you could click the buttons by moving the mouse slightly.

the monitor bit was a gag, but it's possible, the idea would be probably to integrate your display seamlessly into a wall or your desk top.

its just what stealthing mean, to not see it. He built his mouse into the panel so it couldnt be seen, I.E. stealthing.
