That looks like the server we put together in my Advanced Computer Technologies class in high school. It was pretty ghetto, like that. LOL, we even made some speakers out of the small ones found in cases. We cut holes in Pringles cans to hold them too, lol:)

The vibration isn't so bad, I've had that setup for near 4 years with no problems... The one issue was the heat (metal to metal) so the cd's help with that, and I have a 120mm fan blowing on them. Those drives have outlived any other maxtors I've heard of, so I guess it's ok : ]. I only ask questions when things break heheheh.

A friend of mine back in college, tacked a bunch of his computers to the wall and would have his machines covering most of the wall, whenever someone needed something, he'd just pull one off, if he wasn't using it of course. That I wish I had a picture of.
