Toshiba e740 keeps turning itself on!

ok, that's a bit inaccurate, i keep turning it on by accident by hitting the voice record button (button 5). I figured out how to get it to stop recording whenever i hit it, but it keeps turning itself on, draining the battery. Anyone have an idea?

i have that model, and i think that you can just disable the voice record features
