While on my quest looking for how to do an imitation carbon fiber for a case I am going to build, I stumbled across a place called decaldriveway.com . It is more designed for cars, but you got to check it out for some great ways to customize your case. Flames, fear this, make your own, etc. Gives me all kinds of ideas.

Terry over at Shattered Web hooked up DS. He did a great job on DS's hand drawn pic.

When I lived in Idaho I use to hunt a lot... Unsuccessfully. :(

I'm pretty sure they are single color. There are several to choose from, however. Email him and ask. It can't hurt.

If you're still looking for info on this, I'd suggest using carbon fiber tape. I came across it researching the feasability of real carbon fiber panels and it's looks like it'd be ideal for comsmetic applications.

That was intersting, but I would think one would have to do some kind of heavy expoxy or polyurethane to seal it all and make it smooth again. I stumbled across a site here a while back for RC modeling and they were using a mat that is perfed and goes inside tool boxes or something as a pattern and spraying with various colors to achieve charcoal/black and red/charcoal combinations. It actually looked pretty good.
