Nice. Quick question. How does the floppy cover install? Does it juts attach or does it clip in like the normal 3.5" face plates? I ask this because I've tried to put a lian li cover on my Coolermaster case and it didn't work so well.

Yes it is super easy to work in. I have the non-window version. You'll love it.

Yeah guys the bezels were extremely easy to work with. The floppy just clips right on, and the CD bezels screw into the outside of the case. Took me like 4 minutes total.

The case itself was a cinch to work with as well, the removable mobo tray is great!

And yes Sixer, that's the 8RDA+:)

Hehe yeah I think Scooby just called me by my real name and confused people, not a problem though:)

And yeah Taz, the USB cover is aluminum though, although I don't use them since I really don't need anymore than 3 USB ports.

That little LED you are thinking of is probably just light from my Power LED shining through the hole where the Lian-Li fan controller was. I took it out too:)

Seems like freepgs.com is down right now too, I'll see if I can host the images later if the red X's stay:mad:

Yup.. I am kinda excited about it.. I never did play with multi's before and this is going to be my first board mod.. Assuming I can figure out how to do it on this board :D

Hehe, XP or Zack, I'll answer to both.

And don't start thinking that this is out of your league. I only cut out the rear exaust grill, the rest came with the case or I bought it.

Take a look at threads by TazTG, zackbass, GLScooby, 5siz, Adisharr, and San7a. What they are doing is pure modding. My case will see rear action this summer:)

It does look great...the Sunbeam blends in perfectly with the case finish, and the blue fans look good too.

What mods do you have planned for it? (Besides the Tool/APC window?:p )

I actually used a spare Lian-Li drive bay cover to cover the Sunbeam:)

The future will probably include an extra exaust fan, either and AMD/"XP1800" window, or the Tool/APC idea. Other than that I'm still taking suggestions.

Lol...and you're the one that talked me out of using "ADEMA" on my case. I'm glad I didn't too. To me, it seems like unless the letters are perfectly even and straight, it won't look good at all. Then again, I don't know if I have ever seen any words in a window mod before so its probably all just in my head!:o

I'm not sure if I'll cut the letters. I have a few more ideas that I won't be sharing just yet, and I might have to find someone that can make the cuts without f'ng it up (as I will do). I'm a perfectionist, and I want this window to turn out flawless:)

Ahem, you haven't seen my FragBox??:p Its not perfect but damn it looks good.

I know that lettering is hard without some kind of Laser Cutter. There are places you can send your side panel to for lettering. You would have to use a different FONT and do lots of filing. Here's the good news.. Lian-Li's are easy as hell to file and cut. The trick is to make entry cuts with dremel and file them out nice and neat with Jeweler Files. I like the Window Design but will only say go for it if your comfortable and can afford another side panel if you screw it up. LOL;) ;)
