Instead of hijacking BoneThug$4life's thread, I thought I'd start a new one to show a couple of updated pics of my soon-to-be 'old' rig.

I added a fancard that I made from a really old ISA nic and a couple of green LED fans. It was the least I could do for the 9700pro I got from the Classifieds here a Sharky's. I made the power tail from a molex I clipped off of the PSU in the project box. I got a little lazy and didn't stealth the power tail or fancard wires yet.

I also added a Lazer LED inside for a little more color.

The case came with a clip-on fan holder for the intake which holds an 80mm fan. I modded the clip-on and crammed a 92mm in it an gave it some paint to match the rest of the inside. I also widened the intake on the bezel bottom to allow better flow.

I also ditched the LED fan on the CPU heatsink for a much better TT SF2. Funny how the mild OC I'm running became rock solid with the better fan. 7C drop with just a fan change.

I also took an old 486 passive heatsink and hacked it up for ramsinks to go on the 9700pro. I'm waiting on the Arctic Alumina Epoxy to arrive from frozencpu to attach them.

Here's the pics:

Thats a sweet FAN CARD.. Can you explain how you would Stealth the Power Wires for the Fan Card and 9700?? I find it hard sometimes to find places to route them.

Me thinks there is something else going on in this case to make it so clean looking. (Looks a Bit Dusty at the Moment);) Tell me if this is your SECRET!!

You actually drilled holes into the Backplate that you mount your MOBO onto then routed the wires through them and back out where you need to make connections. IE: Front Panel Connectors Power, Reset, etc. You drilled hole into Plate its hidden by MOBO and then drilled another hole behind HD cage!!
I think the best way to Stealth the Power Cables for 9700 & Fans would be to follow these steps.
1) Drill hole right behind MOBO near edge & somewhere near top thats hidden.
2) Remove the Molex and 3Pin Connectors. Route them through holes so they fit easier.
3) Reconnect Molex and 3 Pins and connect to cards. This would only leave about 2-3 inches of wire exposed..

Close Enough????????

TAZ - You nailed it. That is exactly how I'm gonna do it. I just want to put on the sleeving first. Hide it all behind the mobo tray, that's it. Sorry about the dust. I've been slacking on my duties.
