PCI Express (Axiom and MXM)

I need some help I am about to buy a new laptop I wanted to get a new one with PCI Express but the only one it seems that is coming out is the Eurocom Phantom (D900T) and they said that it should be out in Aug, I am trying to see if there is another laptops that should be coming out in the same time frame any help/rumors should help thanks a million.

Why PCI-Express? As of now, it's slower than standard AGP.

I believe he's specifically referring to Axiom and MXM (which is it even PCI Express?) which would allow him to upgrade his laptop video if he buys it.
