Window Kit Help!

Ok, so I bought a window kit at Best Buy. I've got my hole cut out. I have the rubber trim that comes with the kit around the hole. I cannot for the life of me get the stupid plexi to go in the trim. Any advice?

Well, it's working for now. I just hope it stays in. If it doesn't, I think I'm just going to get some molding, some double side tape, and a big piece of plexi and put the window in that way.

Well, I'm at work right now and the digital camera is at home (how many jobs do you know of where you can mod your case at get paid for it :)). I should be able to take some tonight and post them. I still have more work to do on the system - like paint my IDE Zip drive black. I'm also looking into having something airbrushed on the windowless side. I've been contemplating a top blow hole, but I'm not sold yet on the idea.
