i was planning on getting the AK-FC-03 fan controller from asaka..

i just need to know if first, the fan controller i'm gonna get is even any good? and second, which fans would be best for this controller? i preferably want some green LED fans to replace the 4 existing fans on this case. i dont know which ones are compatible with the controller and what not. i also want good performance. i dont need the best, but i want something reliable. can someone help me?
if someone could just tell me what spec to look for when searching for a fan, that would be great.
EDIT: SO SORRY! wrong place to post this thread. i was just asking about a controller in another thread in this part of the forums, and i forgot to go to the cooling section. hope it's not a problem.
