Simple Macromedia Flash Question

I'm using Macromedia Flash and I am an absolute begginer. I need to know how to make that when i click a button in my animation an *.exe(or *.htm) file in some folder on the disk is opened (i just want the htm file to open with its own application for example internet explorer). I couldn't find anything in the actions menu of the button.
