Sorry for the bad phrasing. No. Otherwise how would the computer know where to send the information to? :p Think of it this way, could you send someone a letter w/o having their address? You can use a proxy, or other proxy mimicing software to attempt to hide your IP, or at least make it SLIGHTLY harder to trace, but you can't actually be anonymous.
