I have been looking for a ultra portable laptrop to buy and can not figure out which one to get. I like the sony vaio tx670 but it only has a 1.2ghz processor and I am unsure as to whether or not the hefty price tag is worth the mediocre processor and will probably be wanting a faster laptop in months to come. I may also settle down and go the route of a tablet pc any thoughts on this

What could you be doing on an ultra portable that 1.2ghz can't handle? Pentium M's are very fast for their clockspeed, 1.2ghz is more than it seems. It isnt like you will be trying to bust out FEAR or CS2 anyway, thats what desktops are for.
