Anyone wanna help me make a simple website?

Heyhey. I asked around a lot of other message boards but unsurprisingly no one wanted to help. Been planning on launching a simple flash games site for a couple of months, I'm just no good with web design/coding stuff. Planning for this site to be a hobby for me that can hopefully generate some cash as well, through advertising programs such as Adsense.

Here's a couple of blueprints I made up of what I have in mind for the site:

That's pretty much it. Seems much more simple than it is probably. I figured someone could make this site in under an hour, but people have told me it would take longer. Once the structure of the site is in place I think I could probably manage most of it from there.

The designer would be fairly paid, if the site ever makes any money, heh. I got domain and hosting covered. You don't have to be a professional, just basic knowledge of designing websites. Hopefully someone here is interested, but if not, anyone want to recommend a super easy web design program? I've tried about everything I can find and each one is more complicated than the next.

you've got the hosting covered, but what server-side language and database does your hosting use? if the host supports asp.net, yes, i could make that site in about ~1-2 hours. java servlets, maybe less. PHP or some other "mix-code-and-html" language, i wouldn't really be interested...

Hihi. Hosting is kind of in transition now so I'm not really sure how it will end up but it should stay PHP/MySQL. I might get a new host anyhow, but I'm on an 'insider' deal with this host and it's free. That said, it's still technically a free host, and problems may abound often. The hosting/support team is really nice though =p
