PowerDVD/DOLBY DIGITAL/SBLive! Problem!!!

I seem to have a slight problem with PowerDVD 2.55 under windows 2000 with my SB live! (digital I/O card) I can't get a Dolby Digital/DTS signal to my receiver. i don't even have the option to choose SPDIF-Out anymore. (not detected in info) everything worked fine in Win98. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've tried to futz with everything that could be related, but still no luck. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think that this is a known problem with DVD in general under Win2k, but most companies are working on getting new drivers out to remedy this.
