Here is a small 5kb GIF image of how I plan on networking my computers to DSL.
If you see and flaws please correct me.
in this setup I want both computers to share DSl and be networked togeither for file sharing.

That is fine if you either have 2 *ROUTEABLE* IP addresses or your DSL does NAT so you can share the one IP you get from your ISP. If you answered NONE-OF-THE-ABOVE, you need to go to www.practicallynetworked.com (http://www.practicallynetworked.com) to learn about internet connection sharing.

If your DSL happens to be a Cisco 675 through US West, you have NAT and you are all set. You just have to learn CBOS to configure it correctly!
