What choice component do you look for when looking for one?

Don't even think about saying that.

Work with me on this. I'm an impressionable consumer.

I've ordered the AOL Digicam, I'm going to test it out, and try it for 30 days before I make up my mind. I know what that sounds like but, testing it out will at least give me some credible criticism back-up in the future, or praise. I'll see through experience if this product is anything more than an expensive cracker jack toy...

$70 CNDN

-Built-in memory stores up to 24 photos
-320x240 dpi resolution
-Simple serial port connection for downloading your photos to your PC
-Automatic picture counter to keep track of how many shots you took
-Self-timer lets you get in on the most important shots

System Requirements: PC 486, 33MHz or higher, Windows 95/98, PC serial connection, 8MB RAM, 20MB free hard drive space, CD ROM, color display.

Gotta start somewhere...
