Hi. I was reading some Windows programming tutorials, and I read something about Unicode and how it doesn't work with 9x.

Here is the link: http://sunlightd.virtualave.net/Windows/GUI/Intro.html

It's down a little bit. But, I have never heard of that, ever, and I have read a good many Windows tutorials. Is that still current? OR is this old information that isnt used? Or is it so new that all the other tutorials are outdated.
