I plan to get one of these for a 1.33Ghz T-Bird. I also plan on replacing the fan on it for a YSTech FD6025.

Firstly is this enough? I really can't afford to spend any more on cooling but I'd rather not have to buy a new cpu.

Also do I need to add any thermal paste in this or is there one of those thermal pads on the HS?

Thanks
(P.S. I hope you also meant this sort of cooling to be included and not just case cooling.)

it's EP5-6i11-A1

It's good for 1.4G (stock) tested by AMD.

I am using one at home for my 1.33Ghz and OC to 1450mhz. CPU temp in bios reports sub 50C (cooler casee temp also helped)
