I am getting ready to upgrade my office computer . I am looking at asus and msi.
due to budget constraints i will need on board graphics with capability to add at later date.
will be buying a phenom II x2 black edition to use with this as i have no software that will be using more than 2 cores.

This is not a lengthy review by any means. I was using a DFI LanParty UT nf4 SLI-DR, it was a great board by all accounts. I was running my AMD Opteron 165 (1.8Ghz dual core) at 2.8Ghz using stock volts, it was pretty much rock solid for anything.
