Need help with MP3's

Most of my MP3's open with Winamp. I burn my CD's with Roxio and a few times I'll download a song and when I look at all of my songs in their folder, I'll notice that some of them can only be opened with Real Player. And they will not show up on my list when I want to put them on CD. I want to buy a song on itunes, and it uses a similar format to Real Player. I cannot burn my itunes music with the regular MP3's. Is there a way to convert all of my MP3's to the same format so that they will all show up when I try to burn them to CD?
