Since you've got an nForce board, do NOT install the ForceWare network tools. The firewall built into it corrupts any and all incoming and outgoing traffic.
As for third-party, Tiny makes a good x64 firewall, but it's only trial - $49.99 for the real thing.
I am using my router's hardware firewall...I never install the nforce3 firewall...
