Upgrade Questions...
My system is using an Abit BH6 CPU from 2 years ago. I currently have a Celeron 400 and a Hercules TNT Video card in that system that I want to upgrade. With a bios update, the motherboard will take processors up to 700 Mhz.
My question is, since the motherboard does not support AGP 2x/4x what would be a decent video card upgrade if I were to pop in a celeron or PIII 700 into the system? I plan on building a new system later this year so the choice should be budget minded. Thanks!

Your motherboard is a BX based board, which support AGP 2X. Get yourself a P3 700e and a Radeon DDR 64MB. Your system will rock!!

I wouldn't worry about AGP 2x/4x. The newest Video cards work well with AGP 2x. No noticeable peformance difference between 2 and 4.
When it comes to video cards, both the Radeon and Geforce2 are good. Radeon focuses more on image quality and the geforce on faster framerates, so the preference is up to you.

Future Upgrade:
ASUS A7V266 (when it comes out)
256 MB PC2100 (when its affordable)
AMD T-Bird (Palomino, when it comes out)
So it may be a while before I upgrade lol.
