Apparently the first one came out within a week of Borderlands 1. I do agree though.
Borderlands 2, Baldur's Gate EE, and Torchlight 2 in the same week. And I'm knee deep in GW2. I need to win the lottery so I can stay home and game all day.

There are a lot of factors that go into that, but the primary factor is the amount of information PayPal has about both parties.
