Hi guys, my MacBook Pro (early 2015) is running slow, how to fix it?
-Empty Mac Trash bin.
-Clear web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) files such as caches, history, plugins, etc.
-Uninstall unused applications.
-Remove unused language packs on your Mac.
-Go to the "Movies" and "Pictures" folders, delete large or duplicate items you've already backed up.

Get a file cleaning app and remove the junk automatically
Here are a few useful tips to speed up the mac:
Purge Caches: Macintosh HD/Library/Caches/ and Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Caches/. You lose some of your application preferences, but things are all but guarenteed to be snappy.
Check free hard drive space: I have also noticed in the past that things can slow down if I don't have enough hard drive space. Things really get wonky on my Macs when I have less than 10% free space, so I start cleaning things off when I am at the 20% free space threshold.
Look for multiple, related processes: look at /Application/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app. This will tell you what processes are running and what's taking up the most ram/cpu. It'll also show you how much ram you're using, how much of your cpu you're using, and how much network and harddrive i/o you're doing. This is the starting point if you want to troubleshoot performance, since it'll show you where your bottlenecks are and what's slowing you down.
If the Mac is still running slow after above actions, then you should use a cleaning app instead. Check out the list:
