I have one of these at my disposal:

What kind of waterblocks would you make if you could? And where do I find dimensions for socket A motherboards?

I have a CAD program that works optimally with that driver.

Where can I find old ATI drivers?
I'm looking for the 6.13.01.6166. Any ideas?

My server is whistling at me and I can't take it any more. I've got a Thermalright SLK6 that I'm gonna put on. It's got an AMD 1ghz Palomino. I'd like to get a quiet 60mm (or maybe an 80mm?)...

Mini-ITX sounds like your best bet. Check out www.mini-itx.com.

Thermal transfer. It's more effecient with an active method of removing the heat (ie. fans). I figure that if you're going to spend all that money on a water cooling system, another $5 won't hurt...

Isn't Zalman doing one of these to? For the noise level you can't beat it. I'd still rather have fans on my watercooled system though.

So what about solid 3D modeling (ie. CAD/CAM systems)? Where would this actually benefit a user?

Heating the parts will help with paint adhesion.
