If you have a G4, you can install Virutal PC and install XP through it. However, there is no way to run both independently on a single PC or Mac.

Heck yeah. You have a very nice heatsink there. You should be able to OC the heck out of that CPU using the 8045.

While there may be a slight performance increase with RDRAM, I would never suggest it.
RDRAM = Thumbs down from mpitts :D

In all my years of OCing, I have never heard someone want to OC their hard drive! :D
And as for your theory that OCing your CPU will fry it, you might want to ask the people in this forum what...

You can run all of those apps on XP. We have developers that use all three and they are on XP.

Are you going to be doing a lot of CD-R burning too? They only burn at 12x on CD-R.

It seems that only Pioneer seems to be making slot-load DVD-ROM drives, and they don't make a combo DVD/CD-RW.

What cooling are you using?
I would think that RAM and with decent cooling, you shouldn't have a problem.
