There's a lot of software that'll create a virtual cd/dvd-rom drive and allows you to mount images...I like fireburner, I think clonecd does it also.

Not liking NOD32 so far, programs take wayyyy too long to load up because of the scanning, not sure if it's better that way but I can't live with taking an extra 10 seconds for each program to load...
