Did you mess around with your refresh rates using some program? If so set it back to default and it should work. Same thing happend to me when I used reforce to set my refresh rates.

You are running tight timings. I think Mushkin has some instability problems with the Asus a7n8x and/or nforce2. I am running mine at 2.5-2-2-11. Try that out at 2.7 vdimm, see what you get in prime.
