My AGP is disabled (?). At first I thought this was due to an IRQ conflict....

Ok, I'll give that a try. Yep, its saying "NEW HARDWARE FOUND," so its not disabled.

Here's a strange thing, the BIOS already says its disabled. But I check the device manager and pclist application and sure enough its there. Hmmm...
