lol I wish I could show this to you people. The bios says the exact same thing. I just checked Easytune and it reads a little higher. It shows 1.070. I don't see how they could all be wrong.

Ok techically it is 1.024. I figured that was close enough to 1v to call it that.

Like natgun was saying above, I wouldn't worry about it if it's running stable. When I run my 2.4c on stock speeds I run it undervolted at 1v. This lowers the temperatures about 8-10 degrees.

The stuff you are talking about is probably heatshrink. I used to use it a lot at this place I used to work at. You could probably pick it up at a hardware shop in the electrical section.
