Specs are basically.

Intel Cel 1.8 Ghz
250 or so MB ram (its roomies comp)
NO onboard video (Knew id get asked that)
Onboard devices that I thought could cause trouble I disabled.
its a pcchips motherboard, m920LR

i think its the mobo, if it wont even post.. itd be different if youd gotten some response or the card didnt work anywhere else..
