Honestly, although I havent had to deal with their customer support (apparently horrid judging by this post), I've had nothing but great products from them... hope im not alone. their gpu heatsinks are spectacular!

You know, I bought the card from Leadtek based on some awards they won for this particular card. They were the favorite on several overclocker forums and they won a couple stress test awards. I'm sure if the fan hadn't failed I would still be blissfully happy with the card. Just pray your card doesn't crap out on you because it is a nightmare.
