Here's where it gets tricky. You have to go into the registry to make these changes. (do not touch anything else in there since you can mess up your PC) This example is for the bubbles screensaver.
1. In windows, click start, run, and enter regedit.
2. In settingsread.txt it has a path to goto in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Screensavers\Bubbles
3. Right click in the Bubbles folder (not screen1 folder) and click new Dword value.
4. On the right, this new file will be shown. Rename it to one of the variables. Eg. Radius
5. Once renamed, right click on file (Radius) and enter a decimal value. Eg 1
You can now preview your changes in Windows screensaver settings. Repeat process for other settings. (separate keys need to be created for each variable)
