Weird loss of video signal and reboots

All of a sudden today my PC started to lose its video signal, then reboot at random. Its even doing this while I am in the bios settings, and when windows is loading. Sometimes right away, sometimes I can use my PC for hours.

Anyone have any idea whats going on? One time I got a "Windows recovered from a serious error" but before I could get the error code it crashed. (**EDIT FINALLY GOT A SCREEN SHOT**) I have been using this computer without a problem for more then a year. No changes were made today to the hardware or software.

CPU Temp is running around 40'C, intel duo 2.

    Thanks

PSU? Wattage? Amps? Memtest each stick of memory separately.

My initial suspicion would be the VRAM. You have two 8800's in SLI, right? Try pulling one and see if you stabilize. If not, swap cards.
