Question Microsoft Word question - How do I insert a radio button in a document?

I am wanting to insert a button in Microsoft Word - ie, where the user clicks on the button and a tick mark appears in a box or a circle gets filled. Something like that. How do u do this?

if go into word and then add the visual basic toolbar (right click the toolbars and select visual basic).

on the VB toolbar select "design mode" (the button with the green set square and ruler)

then you should have a little box with various controls in them. i havent the blindest clue how to use em in word tho
